This beautiful quote reflects our sibling journey. For we spent a wonderful four days with seven teenage siblings, ages 10-16, full of mindfulness, self-care, resilience building and resource orientation. Of course, we didn't want to miss out on the fun either, so we went on excursions to Erfurt for shopping, to the fun pool, to the Jump House, a hike through the Eisenberger Mühltal and not to forget the fun games and dance evenings. We would also like to thank the youth hostel Eisenberg "Froschmühle" for their kind hospitality! We will definitely come again!
