The colorful carnival atmosphere did not stop at the Children's Planet and the pediatric oncology ward at the UKH. With funny costumes, loud party music and colorful balloons, the atmosphere on the ward really heated up on Rose Monday. Not only the younger and older patients danced along happily - the nursing team also enjoyed a polonaise together! Everyone was given a pancake for refreshment. Many thanks to the Lions Club "Halle Fünf Türme", which supported us with its pancake campaign on Shrove Monday and at the same time supported the hospital clowns with the proceeds!
The big carnival party then took place on Tuesday at the Kinderplaneten. After a short chair dance warm-up, Team Unicorn and Team Disco Ball competed in the Carnival Olympics in disciplines such as "spooning caramels", "garland making", "blowing streamers" and "throwing cans", which ended in a 4:4 draw!
