On 17.06.2023 our 27th benefit summer festival took place on the market place in Halle - the biggest public event of our association! Thanks to the great support of the employees of the company "DELL" and the team of the youth fire department Halle-Neustadt the setup was done in a short time. Punctually at 11 o'clock our this year's summer party was opened by moderator Udo Becker, our chairman of the board Andreas Domaske and managing director Gabriele Arndt. Immediately afterwards we started with our stage program, which was again very colorful, shrill, loud, emotional and sometimes quieter.

Between the program points the visitors could pass the time at our many different stands. At the coffee and cake stand, which has been provided free of charge for many years by the bakery Lampe, there were all kinds of delicacies, which were provided by the bakery Lampe, the bakery Lantzsch, the bakery Schäfer and many volunteers. At this point we would like to say a very big thank you to all the bakeries who supported us with an insane selection of delicious cakes and great pastries.
At our raffle you could win great prizes for only one Euro per ticket. Since every ticket was guaranteed with a prize, nobody had to leave empty-handed. For our little guests there was a make-up stand and a handicraft stand. The youth fire department Halle-Neustadt was on the market place with a fire engine. In addition to a tour of the fire truck, there was also the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in can spraying. The firefighters were also available to answer questions about firefighting. The Malteser were also on site with their ambulance. There, the children could ask many questions, see an ambulance from the inside and practice how to apply a bandage. Many thanks. At the booth of Prof. Dr. Martin Sebastian Staege the children could look at cancer cells under the microscope. Many thanks to his team for the great organization and implementation!
Our clinic clowns from Clownsnasen e.V. Leipzig are also long-time guests and companions of our summer festival. They fascinated the children with games, fun and magic.

Not only for us it was a successful day. Many guests visited our summer party and spent a great day with us. But what would such a day be without supporters? - Correct, not possible.
